Here is a friendly reminder regarding our rules on account sharing, due to a recent botting incident.
Personal trading is when one or more people give up their account details, which compromises account security. The activity isn’t prohibited. However, we don’t advise it. If you shared an account and was caught violating any of our policies, you’ll be held liable and responsible, and punishment will be applied to your account even if it’s not you. Players should understand that if they use another player’s account and have it banned, their main account will be banned, too, for he’s technically the person who did the violation. For your safety, never use other players’ accounts and never let others use your accounts as well. If they get banned, you’ll also be banned because once they enter your account, a single entity is created.
We are offering amnesty for shared accounts until tomorrow (September 29, 2025). If you cease accessing shared accounts, we will not count accesses to an account prior to tomorrow during investigations. However, note that if you have broken other rules other than account sharing, this amnesty does not apply to you.
To make things even more clear, what I’m saying is that if you have shared accounts, you have ~23 hours from the time of posting to get your items from shared accounts AND cease using or sharing accounts. Otherwise, if a shared account is accessed by a person that has broken our rules, all of your accounts will be banned.
In addition, in the future, people who have shared accounts or have accessed shared accounts will no longer be eligible for distribution-based events in the future AT ALL. This includes all Poppuri events and events that are not based on exchange NPCs.
